Knights keep pressure on Lewis and Clark League

   De La Salle North Catholic broke open a close game with a solid second half and beat Portland Adventist 75-50 Tuesday night at University Park Community Center to move into sole possession of second place in the wild Lewis and Clark League standings.

   The Knights improved to 5-3 overall and 3-1 in league play, a half-game ahead of four other teams battling for the league title.
 
   Valley Catholic, ranked No 3, had its game at Warrenton postponed and remained in first at 4-2, 2-0.

   De La Salle is No. 6 in the Class 3A standings, one spot ahead of Portland Adventist.
